The meeting ends.
The real conversation begins.
Who This Podcast Is For
If you've ever left a meeting replaying what you said — or what you didn't — you belong here.
After the Meeting is for people who care deeply, think deeply, and are learning how to protect that depth while leading, working, and showing up in the world.
You'll feel at home here if you've ever:
Replayed a moment on your drive home and found yourself caught in self-judgment.
Written a message you'll never send, trying to explain what you meant.
Tried to look composed while quietly coming undone inside.
Wondered if empathy and authority can really coexist — and wished the answer were yes.
Realized that growth doesn't always happen in the meeting; sometimes it begins after.
Each episode is a quiet conversation about the things that happen when the workday ends but your mind doesn't — reflection, courage, overthinking, restraint, repair, and the soft skills that make leadership human.
There are no "five steps" here.
Just stories, honesty, and small practices that help you return to yourself — lighter, clearer, and kinder.

About Linda
Host of After the Meeting

I'm a communicator, leader, and storyteller, and I've spent my career helping people and teams find their way through change, pressure, and all the quiet, complicated moments that come with doing meaningful work. I've been in the boardroom, the breakout session, and the hallway afterward — the space where truth usually shows up.
Over time, people began coming to me after meetings. Not to talk about what was decided, but about how they felt. The self-doubt. The overthinking. The fear of saying too much — or not enough. They didn't always feel safe sharing those thoughts with their peers or leaders, so they carried them quietly. I understood, because I've carried them too.
That's why I created After the Meeting. It's a space for the quiet side of leadership — the reflection that happens after the agenda ends and the real processing begins. Each episode comes from a real place — the things I think about on the drive home, the moments that stay with me, the lessons that shape how I show up next time. It's about learning to lead with courage, clarity, and care — and to trust your own voice along the way.
